Secure anchoring and the freedom to fly

At TRE I can put into practice what I believe in and what is important to me professionally. Passion for an industry and the people and companies that work in it. To consciously shape necessary change. Deciding on a goal and a path. Tackling content-related challenges and moving teams and people. To do this successfully, it is symbolically a matter of "strong roots and strong wings" - equally strong anchoring and the freedom to fly. It takes a foundation and a basic trust from one's origins, but these do not lead to stagnation and inertia. Courageously letting go, the desire for something new and the positive acceptance of change. This balance of a never quite attainable state gives me the drive to work inspiringly with my colleagues and clients every day.
