Human is the next big thing

I am convinced that a new kind of consulting is needed in today's world. While classic management consulting and knowledge about best practices or benchmarks do not lead to companies' ability to change, purebred organisational developers do not take into account the specifics of the company and the industry. It is my conviction that transformation succeeds particularly well when industry- and change expertise come together. When corporate developers on the one hand ask the right substantive questions and on the other hand lead people and teams into their power so that shared convictions and visions as well as the desire for change can emerge. We at TRE share this conviction of corporate development and believe in the human and the good in change - or to put it differently: Human is the next big thing.
