Traditional consulting models don’t convince us. That’s why we established TRE / Team Retail Excellence in 2004 and developed a new approach to consulting based primarily on expertise, experience, pragmatism and integrative collaboration with our customers. The core of this approach is the conviction that sustainable corporate development is based not on PowerPoint, but on success in generating conviction and enthusiasm, and moving both people and organizations. That’s why we invest a lot of energy in our projects – to find out how to get people on board for a journey to excellence.
