We are strongly committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data and therefore strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines put forth in the regulations. Wherever possible, we try to only collect personal data with your consent. We only pass on your personal data to third parties with your explicit consent. For especially sensitive information, such as information involved in payments, or requests you send to us, we employ SSL encryption to ensure safety. Of course, there are risk factors beyond our control that are inherent to general usage of the internet. Collection of Access Data

Serving and displaying content through our website necessitates recording certain pieces of information. Your access to our website we or our web hoster will be recorded in so-called log files.  Data in these log files cannot be used to personally identify you. The information recorded to the log files consists of the name of the website, the file, the current date and time, the amount of data transmitted, what browser and which version was used, the IP Address, and the referrer URL, which is the website you switched to our website from. We use this data for delivery and display of our website and for statistics. This data helps us offer and continually improve our service. SSL Encryption

When transmitting sensitive, or personal data, our website uses SSL encryption. It will be activated for example when transmitting information related to payment, or when you send a request to us. Please make sure that SSL encryption is not deactivated on your end during such activities. Whether the encryption is active can easily be checked by looking at the address in your browser. If it starts with “https://” rather than “http://”, encryption is active. Data transferred via SSL is not readable by third parties. Only send personal information while SSL encryption is active, and contact us in case of questions or problems.

Usage of Script Libraries

In order to display our content properly regardless of which browser is used, this website uses script libraries and web fonts, for example Google Webfonts ( Google webfonts are cached locally into the cache of your browser so it doesn’t have to be downloaded multiple times. If your browser does not support Webfonts, or access to the host serving the Webfont is blocked, the browser will fall back to using a standard font. Invoking script libraries or webfonts from a third party will automatically open a connection to the provider. Objection to Advertisement Mail

In accordance with the requirement of an imprint we publish our contact data. Third parties may use these to send unwanted information and advertisements. We explicitly object to all transfer of advertisement material of any kind without prior explicit consent from us. We reserve the right to take legal action against unwanted transmission of advertisement material. This includes Spam Mails, Spam Letters and Spam Faxes. Unauthorized transmission of advertisement material can fall under competition law, private law, and criminal law. Especially Spam Mail and Spam Faxes can lead to high compensation claims if they interrupt business operations by filling up mailboxes and making fax devices unavailable.

Usage of Google Analytics

On our website we use Google Analytics by Google LLC. This service uses Cookies. These text files that are stored on your computer allow analysis of your usage patterns on our website. The cookies generate information sent to Google’s servers. These servers are mostly located in the USA, but Google adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield as well as the Swiss-US Privacy Shield. Your IP-Address is abbreviated before being transmitted to the USA. Google evaluates the transmitted information and offers additional services for us. The transmitted IP addresses are kept separate from other Google services. A setting in your browser allows you to disable the usage of cookies (see section about Cookies earlier in this document). Google Maps plugin

On our website we use a plugin from Google Maps. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., located at CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. While using Google Maps on our website, information about the usage of our website and your IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA. We have no knowledge about the exact contents of the trnasmission, nor about the usage by Google. Google keeps the transmitted data separate from other Google services, and they do not record personal data. However, Google can transmit the data to third parties. By disabling JavaScript in your browser’s settings you can prevent the usage of the Google Maps plugin. Maps on our website will not be usable without JavaScript.
