How do we do it?
In contrast to the classical linear 3-month course of a project with the phases of stocktaking, analysis and synthesis, we pursue the circular “strategic loop” approach (click here to learn more about this). Via a series of workshops, we inspire our clients and show them what is relevant, the end-point being a joint conviction in terms of a vision and a roadmap to bring it about. We do not know the business better than our customers, but our projects give us more time and greater opportunities to find out what works, and when and how, and what is necessary to achieve results.
What’s in it for you?
A jump-start based on jointly developed hypothesis-based lines of attack rather than a process involving months of data collection and analysis without any real insights or convictions. Creative yet pragmatic solutions instead of theoretical findings. Assessing options and prioritizing worthwhile concept development, faster and better decisions, and a culture of learning instead of PowerPoint presentations. Greater reliability in implementation via “quick wins”, testing and learning, and further development in areas where there is still uncertainty.
